Kristine is the founding (1983) Artistic Director of AND who also served as Artistic Co-Director for 14 years (2005-2019). She is an actor/improvisor, director, playwright and workshop leader. A member of Actor’s Equity, SAG/Aftra and the Dramatists Guild.
John Lampe

John is thrilled to take on the role of Artistic Director. Originally from St. Louis and with credits around the country in film, theatre, and television, he makes his home now in New York City. An actor, director, and musician, John is always on the lookout for new projects and new collaborators to bring into the fold at AND. Triza Cox
Board Member
​Triza Cox is a playwright, screenwriter, and theatre artist. She is currently the Artistic Director for The Drama Lady Theatre Group; South Carolina Ambassador for the Dramatists Guild; a member of Actors’ Equity Association;and an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers. She has just been awarded the FY22 South Carolina Arts Commission Fellowship for screenwriting. Triza holds an MFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Louisville. Her original plays include Melodies in E, A Last Supper, Meritocracy, The Willing, God in the Midst of it All, Life Route and Lil’ Bard.
Cheryl Games

Cheryl is a digital marketing professional with a particular passion for the performing arts. She currently works for UC Berkeley/Cal Performances as their Associate Director of Digital Experience. Cheryl is an award-winning playwright and actor, and a full-fledged theatre lover. She recently lead AND's marketing for Eclectic Evening of Shorts: Boxers & Briefs, as well as participating as playwright, director and actor. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
Raphael Badagliacca
Board Member
Raphael is the author of two books and fifteen produced plays. He has written and performed nearly a hundred monologues. He writes in many other genres: poetry, short stories, essays, book, movie, and theater reviews. He wrote English subtitles from Italian & Sicilian for the film, “Many Beautiful Things” (“Tanti Beddi Cosi”). His extensive business writings can be found at www.thewritingfactory.net.
